The Disability History Museum does not hold copyrights on any of the primary materials contained on the website. When copyright status is in doubt, it is the responsibility of the user to obtain information by contacting the source of the primary artifact.

All materials in the Education section of the DHM, including lesson plans, may be used for educational, non-commercial purposes without permission. Credit should be given to the Disability History Museum.
