Mrs. Spencer, Pittsburgh, Pa. -- I am the mother of a defective daughter. When she was born we begged the doctor to save our baby when she was almost dead. If she had died then what a blessing it would have been to her and me. My daughter will never walk and is not able to help herself. I am a widow now. She is in an institution and I can never see one happy day, thinking about her condition.

Dr. Haiselden also has a long list of signatures of physicians who saw the baby and indorsed his stand in the matter.
