Publicity -- Under Phil Buchen, this Group has handled the job of mailing the September issue, with the enclosures necessary to the test of circulation. Information on poliomyelitis was sent to all newspapers in vicinity of Philadelphia, on account of recent outbreak.

Polio Crusaders -- "Donny" keeping up the good work. This Group helping on portion of Polio Chronicle mailing going to non-free circulation. Letters by Dr. Ruhrah sent to all alumni who have not joined the Polio Crusaders. Alumni, do it now!

Rehabilitation -- Arrangements made for Eleanor Egan, past secretary of the N. P. C. to attend conference of National Rehabilitation Association in Chicago, early in October.

Hotel and Travel Accommodations -- Checking and rechecking information filed in recent drive by Marion Anderson and Dorthy Thum, who have returned home.

Architectural and Mechanical Hints -- Robert Allen leaving, Boyd White is new chairman. Files constantly being added to. Latest thought, a direct smooth acting air or vacuum brake being perfected by Rivington Stone, a Warm Springs alumnus. He is applying for a patent, and here's best of luck to him! His invention would revolutionize power brake operation. The old saying "Necessity is the mother of invention" applies.

Plan and Purpose -- A temporary Group, whose work is completed.
