WONDERFUL LETTERS FROM ABROAD! We've received such warm, friendly, enthusiastic letters from our fellow respiratories in far off countries that we reprint on the following pages some excerpts so that we may all share these friendships.

2

From Jurgen Erbsleben, Hamburg-Altona, Altonaer Krankenhaus, Allee 164, Western Germany

3

"Thank you very much for the Gazette I got last month. I am very proud because the doctors are pleased that I am writing to you and sending you some stories about polios I find in the newspapers" ...

4

(The following excerpt is from a letter written by Jurgen to Lowell Weissert:)

5

"I have been delighted with your letter, especially because it is from a polio patient like myself, a man who is in the best manner instructed in my illness. I am astonished with regard to your supply. Here in Germany the treatment for us is still in the beginning phase."
