Original caption:		It took an act of Congress to order this pizza. Until recently, if you had a hearing disability, you couldn't call anyone who wasn't equipped with a special phone. But now, thanks to the Americans with Disabilities Act, phone companies furnish relay services to anyone who needs them. It's the kind of thing you might take for granted, but to someone who's never been able to, ordering a pizza can be a pretty historic act. Support Easter Seals.
