A couple of weeks ago one of our fellow patients, John Lambour, came up with the bright idea of having a fresh peach festival with homemade ice cream.

2

While the ice cream was being made, all the patients gathered in the westward and played Tic-Tac-Toe.

3

Rescue all of the patients were not allowed to sit up, John thought it would be fun to have six in their wheelchairs and six in beds and it would give everyone a chance to play. -- The West Ward won over the East Ward.

4

Large paper peaches were placed over each bed for decorations. The ice cream was made by Mrs. Grace Loeb, Mr. Courtney, Mrs. Mac Intyre and Sam.

5

Fun was had by all!
