1		The National Patients' Committee, of the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation, is forming a library in reference to poliomyelitis in all its phases, as part of its work in the Polio Crusade.

2		The Committee's purpose is to gather books, pamphlets, and all other printed data in regard to poliomyelitis.

3		Our efforts are entirely voluntary and we are constantly giving and receiving information. If you have any of the below mentioned, we would greatly appreciate their donation.
